Content removal request

What we publish

TenderFolio aggregates and analyses publicly disclosed Australian government procurement data: open tender listings (from federal, state, territory and local government portals) and contract award records (from AusTender and equivalent state disclosure systems). This data is published by government agencies under their procurement transparency obligations.

We surface this data on supplier, agency, and category pages alongside aggregated statistics and AI-derived structured summaries.

Reasons to request removal

What we won't do

We will not remove accurate, currently-published government contract data simply because a supplier prefers it not be aggregated. The data is public, our use is fair, and the aggregation provides legitimate market visibility. If the underlying source (AusTender, state portal) has removed the record, we will also remove it. If the source still publishes it and the data is correct, we will not.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and resolve them within 14 business days. AI-derived inaccuracies are typically resolved by re-running our analysis pipeline and verifying against the source.

About AI-derived content

Some sections of TenderFolio (historical context blocks, specification tightness flags, scope risk lists, hard-gate extraction, draft bid responses) are produced by AI analysis of publicly available tender documents. These are derived analytical summaries, not official statements. We mark them with disclaimers and recommend verifying against the original source before any business decision.

If you are the agency or supplier referenced and you believe an AI-derived field is materially wrong, the takedown process above applies.
